Its possible to integrate Moderation Queue for guest posting?

Hello Zmajur,

I already have some approving/moderation functionality on my todo-list here. I cant tell you yet when it will come, but I will definitely implement it when I am done with the remaining high-priority tasks like SEO-friendly URLs.
