WP – Support – Asgaros

I don’t know if this is a question for you or for WP Quads – but I thought I’d ask you first. I have an Asgaros forum on the following two sites – one shows the ads and the other doesn’t. Can you think of a reason why not? Thank you.

For example on this post you’ll see adverts at the bottom: https://www.in-business.org.uk/business-forum/topic/how-has-coronavirus-covid-19-affected-your-business/

But on this forum there isn’t any, but I’m not sure what setting to change: https://www.bowfin.co.uk/property-forum/forum/buying-a-house-during-coronavirus/

Hey @bowraven,

since you are using WP Quads for your ads and not Asgaros Forum, this is definitely the wrong place.

I also checked if there are some CSS issues, but the problem is that the ads are not even drawn by your plugin.

I also saw that WP Quads also inserts another html, header and body tag to your website. I’m not sure if it comes from wrong settings or if it is a bug. But a website should always only have one of these tags.

Hi qualmy91, thank you for your reply – I am a little confused as to why there are two tags – not sure if this is the case on other pages or if this is the case on the site that shows adverts. I use WP Quads on the other site and this seems to be ok – confusing. In fact they also use the same theme so it can’t even be that.

The WP Quads serves ads on my blog posts across the rest of my website and seems to work ok.

On the site that appears to be serving adverts I don’t know how they are there then, this is strange.

Not sure what to do – I don’t know if the ads on the in-business site are supposed to be there and how they get there now. I will go and add an advert in the Asgaros Ad section and see what happens then.

Hey @bowraven,

the problem with the double tags is not only on the forum page, it also happens allover your two pages. So it’s seems to be a bug or a wrong setting.

It also seems like you have different settings for WP Quads and that’s probably the reason why the adds only appears on https://www.in-business.org.uk/.

You should try to get in touch with the support of WP Quads and start your Troubleshooting with this plugin. I can’t see any issues with Asgaros Forum at the moment.
