Want to post topics to facebook and twitter automatically

I just want to know is there a way to post forum topics to facebook and twitter automatically after topic is published?

You can use the facebook/twitter API or use an existing WordPress plugin for it. The custom-implementation has to be executed via the asgarosforum_after_add_topic_submit-hook.
