Transfer messages from one forum topic to another

It is advisable to make this opportunity. But it seems the difficulty of such a function may arise, since the URL address of the message will have to be changed.

Hi! We really need the function of transferring messages on different topics. Users write everything in a bunch about everything. Please do it!
