When I subscribe to a forum the subscription page shows the forum name in the list under the ‘Notify about new topics in” heading which is good.
But when I subscribe to a ‘topic’ the subscription page shows the topic subject in the list under the ‘Notify about new posts in” heading which is not so good as it doesn’t identify which forum the topic is from. It is not hard to duplicate topic names across multiple forums which could lead to confusion.
Would it be possible to add the forum name somehow into the list of topic subscriptions. Perhaps by grouping the list by forum with the forum name as the group header.

That is – using this forum implementation as an example, because i subscribe to topics in both your ‘tips and tricks’ and ‘support’ forums, then then subscription topic section would look like:-

Notify about new posts in:

Support
(list of topics to which i have subscribed in this forum)
eg
Custom Category Icons
Swear words and links filter for the forum
etc

Tips & Tricks
(list of topics to which i have subscribed in this forum)
eg
Notification digest
Registration Emails Send Fail
etc

Maybe category names should also be included in the ‘group heading’ if “Show category name in breadcrumbs” is checked as per the settings.
that way the ‘group heading’ would simply be the second level breadcrumb label, which would also include the category if selected to be displayed.

So in my case I would have ‘group headings’ like (I display categories as I have 5 categories and 13 forums) :-

SIG: Computer User Group
SIG: Electronics Group
General Discussions: Shed Operations
CoM: Announcements

etc

and these would also be the forum names under the list under the ‘Notify about new posts in” heading.
