Subscribe to this topic by default?

I would like to suggest that the “Subscribe to this topic by default” option already exists by default to create new topics, this is because a lot of users may forget to check the box and not receive the response by email. It’s possible?

Hello masuperadmin,

its by purpose that this feature is “opt-in”-only by default. There are a couple of regulations in some countries where users have explicitely allow the website-owner to send them mails automatically. Because otherwise it could be seen as spam because they get mails without permission. Thats the reason why I can’t select this checkbox by default.

Could you make it as an option when user register?
So, we can use shortcodes in backend with register form.

For examle,

Name: asgaros
[ ] click to subscribe your topic.
