Please first ensure that this is not a problem caused by other plugins. Disable them one by one for testing purposes. It may be caused by some caching-plugin.

If this error still occurs, it could be possible that its a bug in combination with special characters in the URL-slugs. Please try to disable “Enable SEO-friendly URLs” in Forum -> Settings -> Features.

I think I solved it. It is not a problem with other plugins. It is a problem with the second special character. I set it up and successfully opened it.
