shortcodes of other plugins. Display content of other apps on the forum posts

Hello dear sirs, thank you for the great product. I’m trying to put a shortcode of a poll into a topic message or repy, but can’t get the content i want it out. I can see only the shortcode in my posts instead. And i wanna see my polls in my posts within the forum. Are there any solutions so far? Thank you a lot.
