Set maximum time window for non-admins to edit posts

This is a great, tidy little forum. I love it!

I would like it so that our members can edit their post for maybe 5 hours after making an initial post. After that, it would be nice if the editing were locked. I have had trouble in the past where a member sabotaged a forum and deleted all their posts, making the topics illegible.

Is there a way for us to control the editing and make it so that we can change the maximum time in number of minutes (e.g.; 300 minutes)?
