Set as Forum-Member when register user

Hi there,

I have created some user group called member. It is possible to set a new registered user automatically as member?

I need this, because I have some invisible parts at my forum, that only registered user could see.

An automatically assignment for members to a specific user-group is not possible yet. But, if you want to make specific forums only available for registered users, you can change the access-settings for a categorie to “Logged-in users only”. In this case, all forums in that category will only be shown to logged-in users.

thank you for your fast replay. I think it will work for me for now. Later on I want to implement a more difficile user structure. Do you think an automatically user group registration will be integrated in Asgaros Forum once in a while?
