Problem with reactions/like
Quote from julfox37 on January 15, 2019, 12:03 amHi everybody,
Since a little time, I have a little problem with reactions. When I click on one of the two thumbs, nothing happens. Only a movement to a post probably because of a tag with a “#”
The only way to validate a like or dislike is to “right-click” and then “new tab”. Here, the choice of the like is taken into account by Asgaros.
Thank you in advance if you can help me solve this problem.

Can you post a link of your website so that I can have a look? I guess that it is a theme issue or caused by another plugin.
To ensure that it is not caused by a plugin you can also try to disable (for testing-purposes only) other plugins one by one.

Thanks for your answer.
I tried to see if the problem could be solved with the last update (v1.13) but no, the problem is still here.
I tried to deactivate the plugins I use in parallel, but the problem is still here.
I updated my template (Roneous from Themeforest), but the problem is still here.

The output generated looks fine so far. Have you tested if this issue also appears with one of the default themes? Maybe a theme-settings must get adjusted to ensure that certain links are loaded correctly.

I quickly use the theme “Twenty Seventeen” back to see and indeed the problem does not appear on this basic theme of Wordpress.
Unfortunately, I’m not very good at the graphics part. I will try to contact the theme’s developper.

Quote from Asgaros on January 18, 2019, 9:44 pmThank you for the feedback. Yes, I think in your case the theme somehow prevents that the page is loaded again because it basically links to the same page. But opening the new link is required. It can also be caused by some pre-loading logic. But contacting your theme author is the way to go here, because I think he can give you some advice about whats going on and what could be required to make it work.
