Plugin feature

I requested some features that may be good to be added in the succeeding versions. But I think it is better to have a plugin system within Asgaros so the bare-bone forum will still be fast, and users can choose what to features to enable in their own forums.

for this reason I try to add as many hooks/filters as possible over time so users can add/modify functions. If you need some certain hooks/filters, please let me know. 🙂
