Not seeing Moderators roles in user settings

Not seeing Moderators roles in user settings. I read in the support you should see forum Moderator in the users setting but it’s not there.

Please help

it should be available somewhere at the end of the profile page:

Please also note that you only can see this settings when you are the site-administrator and the user is not a site-administrator as well. You can also not see and change this option in your own account.
