New topic issue

Hi,

On my forum when creating a new topic the formatting bar is missing that lets you chnge font colour, size etc.

This is only on new topics, if I edit the topic I just created it works, is there a setting I need to amend?

my forum url is https://chtsi.uk/forum/ luckily newly setup so no users yet.

This issue often happens when you are using script-minimizer/optimizer extensions for WordPress. Please check that you are not using such a plugin otherwise the editor cannot get loaded correctly.
