Image uploads and memberpress integration

I currently us bbPress as my forum software but of course it has a number of limitations. I am considering switching to Asgaros because I need a forum where users can upload images.

The forum needs to integrate with Memberpress – I have a number of different levels of membership that can be purchased where certain discussion forums are restricted to those who have purchased a particular membership. Is it possible to use Asgaros in this way?

Secondly, I know it is possible to upload images via Asgaros – I am also looking at wordpress plugins to ‘offload’ images to Amazon S3 – are there any known issues concerning Asgaros and those plugins? ie will images uploaded via Asgaros be moved to Amazon S3 in the same way that any other images uploaded in Wordpress will. Perhaps a different way of phrasing this question is which (if any) S3 plugin will work with Asgaros?

Asgaros Forum has a usergroup functionality which allows you to restrict the access to certain areas for users of a specific group. If you are able to write your own PHP scripts it should be relatively easy to connect both plugins via the available hooks/filters which are provided by MemberPress and Asgaros Forum.

I am not sure if Asgaros Forum works with that offload-functionality or not. All uploads are stored in the default WordPress uploads-folder.
