How can I have the option to login/make an account but allow guest to post

So I tried this and for some reason it did not send me an email to make my password. I am not sure why. I tried a few different email addresses to.

This seems to be a problem with your mail/server settings. Please contact your webhoster about it because it is not related to the Asgaros Forum plugin.
