Go to first Unread post

Hello!

I’m a new user of asgaros forum plugin, it looks really cool. The only function i’d like to have is to click on the post icon to go to the first unread post. Is this feature already available?

Hello hmb,

on the right side of the forum/topic-overview you can find the “last post”-information. When you click on the time (e.g.: X hours ago) it will bring you to the last unread post.

I actually was thinking about this as well. I think he means to take you to the first unread post in the thread, not the last post made or last unread post. Is this possible?

this function was added in October 2018 and works fine at my forum. Did you already try if it is working?

On the main page of your forum is a link to all the unread messages. At this page you’ll see all your unread topics and if you click on a link it will bring you directly to the first post that you didn’t read. So it’s easier for you to find the new posts.

So instead of a link to the topic it will jump to the post.
