Embed Forum in external php page at the same Webspace

I was able to tinker it so far that the forum appears in a test php, but the complete design is missing. I'm not smart enough to be learning this anytime soon. Can someone help me?
Or is Iframe the more convenient solution? I don't like my embedded blog that much with Irame, but I can't do better.
