Email notification for new subscribers – not received

Hello,

I’ve just added Asgaros Forum to my website to help my community having discussions about events.

One of the members said that she tried to register in order to access the forum, she got a message saying that she wouldreceive a confirmation email, but she hasn’t so far.

How is it working please? What should she do? This way I can explain that to next subscribers.

The registration-process is completely handled by WordPress. If you or some other users are getting the messages, then its possible that the registration-mail is inside the spam-folder of the users inbox. If mails are not working in general, I suggest you to check your mail-configuration in your WordPress or server settings.
