Email Address Verification Problem with Username

I know this is not an issue with the forum, but I still want to know if you guys also meet such problem.

When I use some usernames to register on my WordPress site, I cannot receive the verification email.

For example, for username ‘herpecare’, I cannot receive the verification email; for username ‘herpesca’, I am able to receive the email.

What’s wrong with my site?

Are you using some kind of security-plugins which maybe block certain words/usernames?

Seems not! I have these plugins on my site:

1. Akismet Anti-Spam
2. Asgaros Forum
3. Autoptimize
4. Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft
5. Mashshare Share Buttons
6. Really Simple SSL
7. Redirection
8. Yoast SEO

I also tried a ‘Registration Form’ plugin. After installing it, I can receive the verification email for username ‘herpescare’.
