Editor auto add   when edit comments

Firstly, thank for creating awesome forum plugin.
I have problem in my forum when clicking Edit button.
I do not know why editor auto add  , and make blank space. What should I do?

Hello @hoaxing

The blue-marked buttons for Visual/Text are not generated by the Asgaros Forum plugin. I assume that it is added via another WordPress extension, for example TinyMCE Advanced. Please check your installed extensions first – adjusting its settings could fix those problems.

Thank for your reply. But those buttons, I make it follow this topic https://asgaros.com/support/topic/text-mode-in-editor/

The line-break could be also caused by your theme. Which theme are you using?

The ugly Visual/Text buttons cant get changed by the plugin because they get completely generated by WordPress core and are normally only used in the administration-area. The mentioned hack in the topic only makes it available in the frontend.

I am using Boss Theme at https://www.buddyboss.com/product/boss-theme/.  What is wrong with them?.
This editor is using TinyMCE , right?

How can I replace default editor by another editor like CKeditor in code?

I fixed it by change default Element builder (I used Visual Composer). Thank for your help.

Hello @hoaxinh

Sorry for the late reply. I am happy that you could fix the problem already.

Asgaros Forum uses the default WordPress editor which is tinyMCE at the moment. If you want to change it you can check out the plugin-repository. There should also be alternatives – but I cant promise you if the all work fine with Asgaros Forum.
