Custom "Who is online" section (hide members username)

Hi,

Would you know how to custom the information in the bottom Who is online section (example)…

from :
Last member : AAA · Now online : AAA, 5 guests

to :

Last member : AAA · Now online : 6 users

As you understand, I need to hide the username of the online registered users, but still want to include them in the total of online users.
