Thomas, I think it’s not me who needs to remove the point, it’s for you to tweak the plugin so that it isn’t there. After all, the point there should not be. This is an element of lists, and a picture is not a list and a dot is not needed as a design element. I think this point should be removed in all forums that use the plugin.

At first sight the dots seems not necessary, but also keep in mind that mixed content can be uploaded as well like text-files or pdfs. For those files no thumbnail will be generated and without the dots there would be just plain links at the end of a post without further differentiation. And for exactly this purpose the dots are necessary. 🙂

Thomas, I will not argue, you certainly understand this better. But if you make it possible to remove the point with CSS, I will be grateful.

With version 1.14.15 its now possible to hide the bullets with the following css-code:

#af-wrapper li.uploaded-file {
    list-style: none !important;
}
