Asgaros Forum v1.3.8: Bugfix Release

- When a new topic was created inside a forum, all users who subscribed to some specific forums got a notification mail about it. This bugfix release ensures that only the correct subscribers are getting those mails again.
- The status modification of topics – like making them sticky or closing them – was not working on some WordPress configurations.
We also made some little improvements to the editor:
- The browser focuses the editor now correctly when you create a new post.
- We made some small adjustments to the location where the editor is placed for a better usability.
Beside of that we also fixed a couple of display issues with some WordPress themes.
