UPD. Issue was fixed by deactivating and activating again other plugins. Maybe it can help someone with a similar problem.

Currently there are no plans to add moderators for individual topics. However, additional other improvements for permissions are planned for future updates but I cannot give any details for it yet.

Ich bin privat und dank dem etwas chaotischen 1.14-Update etwas beschäftigt, deswegen dauert momentan leider alles etwas länger. 🙁
