Approve Topic Reply

Hi there

We can approve Topics before they are posted, but we cant approve replies that are made by guest users?
PLEASE it is so important to approve replies as well, as people can post non related things or ugly reply, can this be done and how??

An approval-functioanlity for new posts is on my todo-list but not available yet.
