Adding Sumo Inline Sharing Code

Thanks for the feedback.

I tried using the code from N3k0 with the numerical page id added, but it then crashed my forum. So have taken that code back out.

Disabling Yoast for the page which contains the forum-shortcode sounds like a good idea. I will see if I can do that.

Just for your information: The upcoming update will include some improvements for better compatibility with Yoast SEO.
