Adding a 'New topic' button in the forum/Asgtopic page

Hi,

Is it possible to add a button ‘new topic’ into the page Asgtopic which lists all the answers to a topic ?

Sorry if i’m not clear. When they are into a topic the users who wants to create a new topic must go backward before creating it. Is it possible to simplify that ?
