• If you use some third-party plug-in optimization (Autoptimize, Fast Velocity Minify, for example). Create a new cache of these plug-ins.
  Otherwise, it just does not work 🙂

For Autoptimize, enable the option “Also, the aggregate inline JS?” If all else fails.
