"Your account is not active" message

Hi @Asgaros,

Some of my old returning members are able to sign on, recover their passwords and proceed.  BUT, after some users have trouble signing in, I’ll create a new password for them.  When they try to sign in with the new password they get the dreaded RED BOX with the “Your account is not active” message.  Is there a way avoid this?  Am I doing something wrong?

This error-message is definitely not generated by Asgaros Forum.

Maybe your users have to activate their account again with a link which is send to them via mail after resetting the password. It can also come from another account-management-extension but it is not caused by the forum-plugin – so I cant give you any direct advice for it.
