You must enter a message

Hi,

I just set up a Asgaros forum section on the website of our flying club.

Unfortunately I am not able to post any messages. As soon as I push the submit button the message “you must enter a message” appears and the text i just entered dissapears.

It is also not possible to change the format of the text (bold, underlined, etc.)

I am not really a pro in this topic. Is there any chance that anyone could help? We are using Wordpress 5.7. i already tried to downgrade to 5.6.2, without success.

Hey @gassa,

it seems like some users were already able to post on your forum. Can you please share a screenshot of what is happening if you try to submit a post.

It would be also helpful to check the console of your browser for errors:

It sounds like TinyMCE (the editor that we use) is not able to start.
