You must enter a message [SOLVED]

Hi 🙂

Since I’ve migrated my website from local to online, I cannot post / reply in the forums (https://co-laragne.online/forum-2/).

I always get:

“You must enter a message” (in french : Vous devez saisir un message)

, each time, just after i press the ” Send ” button.

And each time i get this error, the message box is empty and i lose the message i’ve just wrote.

I’ve tried to de-activate – re-activate
De-install – re-install
Changed user (admin or not)

Nothing changed.

The only difference i can notice between my local and online setup is SSL. It works like a charm on my local server without SSL.

Online, all seems to work except that (i can manage forum, create, delete in the forum structure).

Some help would be really appreciated 🙂

You have insecure components in your SSL configuration.

Install this plugin “Really Simple SSL” and have the plugin to fix all insecurities and verify your SSL

Yes this issue was due to mixed content. I’ve used this ” Really Simple SSL ” plugin and now it seems to be solved 🙂

But i always get the same issue with the forums 🙁

Ok, i’ve finally found what it was.

Compatibility problem with another plugin : Media Credit (https://wordpress.org/plugins/media-credit/)

As soon as i’ve de-activated it, i can send new post or reply in forums 🙂

I consider this problem solved.
