WP Theme overlapping with forum

Hello, and thanks in advance for the help 🙂

What would I need to put into the css box to disable the highlight feature?

I want to make the arrows not be highlighted. I know its the theme doing it, but wondering maybe can make it white color? or disable that?

Can you let me know which theme you are using so I can add compatibility-fixes for this in the next update?
