Copying text from Word directly into the editor is always a bit problematic because styles which cannot be used on web-pages are added as well. You can try to select all the text and press the “Clear formatting” button in the editor. As an alternative you can paste it into a text-editor like notepad and copy it back from there into the editor.

It is easy for me to clean my posts, but is it possible to block styling for all users automatically? To have only text posts.
