Private Messaging is not available inside Asgaros Forum and currently also not planned. Asgaros Forum is a forum-plugin only – if you need a plugin for Private Messaging you have to check out one of the available other plugins in the WordPress plugin-repository which adds this kind of functionality to your WordPress-installation.
