Verify/active emails to reset password

One question about the setting:

I would like to let new registers to receive verify/active emails to reset their passwords.

Where can I set this?

The registration- and login-management is a core-functionality of WordPress, so you have to search for WordPress-plugins which allow you to add this kind of functionality.
