Using my UPME profile and member list

Hello, and thanks so much for all the hard work and awesomeness put in your plugin!

I use UPME (User Profile Made Easy) on my website and would like to use its profile and member’s list to keep a continuity and avoid confusion for the members.

How can I redirect the profile and member’s list to mine? I tried a couple things suggested on the forum but was unsuccessful.

Thanks so much, I can’t wait to start using this!!
