Users being told they are bots in Registration

Yes, I have users trying to register but are being refused as “suspected bots.” Is there a setting or fix to correct this?

This kind of things are not coming from Asgaros Forum because the plugin just uses the existing login/registration-functionality of WordPress or other plugins. Please try to check the settings of your other plugins installed (e.g. security-extensions).
