Usergroups in Admin

Hi, In the Usergroup in the Admin to the left hand side, to the right it shows Black Police Brutality Emergency Alert A Friend. If I don’t want to show any Usergroups to the right hand side, How do I delete that Black Police Brutality Emergency Alert A Friend? Please see screen shot. Thank you.

@donalisa4u, it looks like the “hidden” setting for user groups doesn’t hide it in the backend profile. So I think you might have to do it with CSS, using appropriate selectors for the page and html element and display: none;
