User is restricted from posting but we don't know why
Quote from es@pointpolish.com on November 2, 2023, 6:07 pmHi there, I have a user on my forum who is unable to post. After they click “submit,” they see an error message in red that says: “You are not allowed to do this.” However, when I log in using their credentials and try posting as them, there is no error and I can post successfully. That made me think it’s an issue with their browser, but they are using Chrome with very few extensions (just Grammarly and Webex), and Chrome worked fine for me. Can you help us figure out what the issue could be?
