User group field in WP users table stays empty

I created a number of private user groups and added users to it.

But when I go to the dashboard users table the column “Forum User Groups” stays empty. Do I need a specific setting to display the user groups a user belongs to? Or is there something wrong?

Hello @hcallens

Please verify again that you have added the users to the usergroups first. If you go to Forum -> User Groups the corresponding usergroup should show a number of assigned users to it (see attached image below). If you click on its name, it should bring you to the user-overview filtered by groups.

I do have a number of groups with users assigned to them. So I would expect the user group name to appear in the users list, but this is not the case…

This is really strange because I just tested it again on multiple installations with the latest version of the plugin and its working fine.

It can be possible that the configuration of another plugin prevents the generation of the custom-column. Can you try to disable other plugins one-by-one for testing purposes to verify if this is the case?

I suspect Super Socializer caused the issue; after disabling the plugin the user groups appeared as expected.

Hello @hcallens

I am glad to hear that you could fix the problem. It is strange that Super Socializer is causing this issue. Maybe you can leave a bug-report in their support-forums so they can fix this issue in a future release.
