Updates don't appear

When I give an answer and send a new message, when I give “Send” (Submit) the message does not appear.

I often take a day or more time to appear.

How can I resolve the problem?

This sounds like a caching-problem. Please disable any WordPress caching-plugins which you are using for the page on which your forum is located on.
