Hello @uporabnik

Translations can be added via the official translation website:

https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/asgaros-forum/

As an alternative you can change translations directly with the following WordPress extension:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

Hello again @uporabnik

The days-term is coming from the date-time-function which is provided by WordPress. Maybe its a translation-error inside of the official WordPress translation-files.

Hello,

I have been using Asgaros forum for over a year now. Recently I ventured in translating the plugin to Pt-pt and I also noticed the same issue as @uporabnik. I don’t think it is a wordpress issue. I’m currenly using a multilanguage plugin, qTranslate-X. A visitor of my site can select the site language independently of its locale. So if I swap the site language from EN to PT or ES the word “days” swaps to the current language (PT or ES). If I then go back to EN..you get the picture. This leads me to the question: how are the locales implemented in this plugin? I’m assuming the forum is displayed in the language of the visitor locale. Is this correct? If so, is there a way to provide the user the option to select the language?

Thank you,

Hello @filipejsbrandao

Yes, the translations are based on the general settings or the current users settings. However, it is worth to mention here that translations for Asgaros Forum are far from complete at the moment which could be the root-cause for this issue:
