Topic over Sub-forum

Hello,
I have a “little” Problem that probably is fixable easily with CSS but i’m to dumb 😀

Right now it’s like in the Picture:
Forum

But i need it the other way, as “Regeln” (Rules) need to be on top because we will have a ton of Sub-forums.

Is that even posible? if yes: How? :’D

Momentan ist es nicht möglich, die angepinnten Themen über den Unterforen anzuzeigen. Der momentane Stil ist gängig in nahezu allen Forensystemen, weshalb ich diesen ebenso verwende.

Falls du die Reihenfolge ändern möchtest, müsstest du die Codeblöcke in der Datei views/forum.php verschieben.
