Topic counter set to 0 for guests

Hi there,

just been playing around the plugin in recently and been posting some support articles in my forum. I’m not sure why is it so, but it seems so that the counters for views, topics and messages DO NOT appear to work for logged-out (guests) users but only for logged-in ones. No matter how many topics I post, that number won’t budge. Is there anything I’m missing?

Tried reading through the settings and everything seems to be in place like its supposed to. Can somebody let me know this?
Attaching the screenshots obviously the counters with zero are for the logged out peeps.

It seems that caching is enabled for the forum-page for logged-out/non-admin users. Please ensure caching is disabled for the forum page.

Thank you so much! Yeah I had a caching plugin and the moment I excluded that page everything went back to normal. Thank you so much!

It seems you’re encountering an issue where view, topic, and message counters aren’t being updated for guests. This could be a settings issue or a bug. Double-check your forum’s permissions and settings for guest visibility.
