Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down buttons not working…
Quote from otable1 on March 8, 2018, 11:39 pmWe just added Asgaros Forum to one of our sites, and members are beginning to use it, which is cool! But the Forum Admin, is reporting the Thumbs Up/Down feature does not work. Meaning clicking one or the other does nothing. There’s probably a setting we’re missing, but if not, is there a way to hide them if we can’t make them work?
Thanks for this fun forums plugin, this a first for us, and we hope to learn the ropes on this first site, then add it to several other sites. Thank you!
Hey, it works here! Hope I can get it working on our forum 🙂
Well, I did figure out how to turn off the Thumbs Up/Down feature, but still can’t get it to work….

sorry for the late reply! Yes, a caching-issue is possible. If edits to posts also dont appear directly as well, this could be an indicator that this is the reason. If you are using any caching-extension try to disable it for the page on which the forum-shortcode is located on.
Please also keep in mind that only logged-in users can use the thumbs up/down buttons. Guests see them (including a counter with the number of current votes) but a click will not have any effect for them.

Thanks for you support, Asgaros.
