There is no message text area input

Hi,

I just face an issue that I only can write the subject of the topic, but the message text area input is gone. When the page is reloading, it appears, but when the page is fully loaded, it disappeared.

Help me to solve this issue, please.

This seems to be a problem caused by another extension. Please first check if you see any error-messages in the Console output of the developer-tools. Also ensure that you disable script-minifier extensions in WordPress because they often prevent the loading of the editor in the frontend.

May it cause by litespeed cache plugin? I’ve tried to deactivate the litespeed, but the issue still matter.

No, I guess it is caused by another extension which is causing a JavaScript error. Because as you described the editor seems to be fine in the beginning but it gets suddenly removed afterwards.

I suggest you to disable other extensions one by one and testing it again after clearing the server/browser cache to find the plugin which is causing this issue.

Found it!

I use Cloudflare and check its features one by one and notice a feature on Cloudflare Setting>Speed>Rocket Loader. It described as “Improve the paint time for pages that include Javascript.”

My problem has been solved by deactivating the Rocket Loader. Thanks for giving me a clue.
