Subscriptions button is missing from the top navigation menu

Hi

I cannot see the subscriptions button in the top navigation menu. Similarly, I do not see the Subscribe to the Forum or Subscribe to the Topic buttons. I am using the version 1.15.10.

Any help would be much appreciated.
