Statistics are only visible when I´m logged in

Hi,

At the moment I have the problem that the statistics (how many views, how many users, logged on users,…) are only shown when I´m logged in.
Users that are logged out can´t see the statistics.
Is there a way to solve this?
Or is there a possibility to backup all forum entries and all registered users, reset or reinstall the plugin and then import the entries and users again?

By default the statistics should be visible for logged-out users as well – as long as the entire forum is not hidden for logged-out users. Please check if the “Hide forum from logged-out users” is disabled.

Hi,

No, the forum itself is visible, only the statistics at the end of the forum are not visible for logged out users.

The setting you wrote is is disabled, so it should be visible for all.

@heusmich Are there any visible categories available for logged-out users? The statistics only show data for the areas which are accessible for the current user to prevent that information is leaked. If no categories (and the forums inside) are accessible for logged-out users, he will not get any information about the number of topics/views/etc inside it.

If categories are available for logged-out users, then there is no other way that the statistics-area is hidden. In this case this must be caused by some custom modifications.

Attached you can find some screenshots of my forum settings, maybe you can check if you can find an error?
If not, is there a way to reset the forum / plugin to its defaults?

@heusmich Poste bitte mal ein Screenshot deiner Forum-Struktur die unter Forum -> Struktur angelegt wird. Ein zurücksetzen macht keinerlei Sinn, da die Daten soweit in Ordnung sind.

@heusmich Das schaut soweit eigentlich gut aus. Rein von der Logik bzw vom Code her sollte es somit eigentlich nicht möglich sein, dass die Statistik ausgeblendet ist. Kannst du mir mal ein Link zu deiner Seite posten?

@heusmich Das kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

Hast du irgendwelche Plugin-Dateien mal modifiziert?
Verwendest du den normalen [forum]-Shortcode oder beinhaltet er noch zusätzliche Parameter?

Du kannst versuchen, auch einfach nochmal bei Forum -> Einstellungen ganz unten auf Speichern zu klicken und die Seite neu laden.
