Spam Forum Registration + Posts

I’ve enabled recapcha on the registration form and made it so that an activation email is required to complete the registration process to try to prevent the above but it still seems to be an issue.
Has anyone any ideas on how else to try and prevent this from happening?
They are @gmail.com and @tfbnw.net accounts.

- don’t allow users to insert a link in the post or only after a certain amount of posts
- filter spam automatically and don’t publish it
- and more
It’s always important to keep your forum clean. Spam will attract other spamers.
